1. Discovery & Proposal

2. Onboarding & Asset Collection
Once we move forward, onboarding is where the project gets organized and the website direction becomes clear. This is the main client meeting where we gather access, collect assets, confirm what the website is aiming for, and set expectations for the stages ahead.

Website direction, business priorities, ideal customer, services, access, assets, timelines, communication expectations, and what is needed for the build to begin
Be prepared to share
Logos, design files, logins, team photos, project photos, business information, and anything else we need to organize inside the project management system
What happens next
We send the questionnaires, gather anything still missing, and prepare the project to move into the first design phase on the agreed timeline

3. Design Draft & Review
Once onboarding is complete, our team creates the first website design draft. This is where we shape the look and feel of the site before final content is written in, so the client can focus on structure, visual direction, and overall presentation first.

Feedback on the design, revision requests, and anything from the questionnaires or onboarding that still needs clarification
What happens next
For semi-custom websites, we typically allow one design revision. For custom websites, we typically allow additional revision rounds before design is approved and the project moves into content

4. Content Strategy & Page Development
Once the design is approved, we move into content and page development. This is where we use the questionnaires, clarifying questions, and strategy inputs to write and build the site around what the business actually needs to communicate, rank for, and grow from.
What we cover
Page content, topic direction, keyword research, audience and competitor gap analysis, and the details needed to build pages around your business and target areas
Be prepared to share
Completed questionnaires, missing business details, service information, positioning details, and answers to any follow-up questions that help us write accurately
What happens next
Once the content is built into the approved design, we schedule the content review so you can see the real site with real messaging in place

5. Content Review & Final Approval
This is the meeting where the already approved design is reviewed with the real content in place. It gives the client a chance to review the wording, presentation, accuracy, and overall readiness of the site before launch.

The website with its full content, page-by-page accuracy, how the content is displayed, and any revisions needed before final approval
Be prepared to share
Corrections, missing details, content edits, and anything that needs to be adjusted before the site is approved
What happens next
If revisions are minor, we make the changes and send the staged link for final review. If revisions are more substantial, we schedule another review and adjust the timeline as needed

6. Testing & Launch
Once everything is approved, we move into testing and launch. This is where we make sure the site is ready to go live, that the core functionality works properly, and that the technical setup is in place before launch day.

Forms, links, mobile responsiveness, functional speed, recording plugins, Google properties, and tracking setup such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager

Final approvals, any last-minute corrections, and confirmation that the site is ready to go live

Once launch is complete, the website moves into post-launch support, maintenance, and the next phase of the client relationship

7. WebCare & Post-Launch Support
After launch, the website moves into WebCare so it stays maintained, supported, and ready for ongoing use. This is where we handle the post-launch website layer and make sure the site remains active, updated, and connected to the right tools over time. Your current agreement materials already treat website maintenance as its own post-launch plan, starting after website launch.

Website maintenance, ongoing updates, Google property management, domain support, backups, security, and the ongoing technical care of the site

Update requests, access needs, support priorities, and anything that affects how the website should be maintained after launch
You can expect
Continued website support through WebCare, a maintained site, and a stronger foundation for the work that continues after launch

8. Growth Plan, Reporting & Ongoing Strategy
Once the website is live and supported, we begin the growth plan that was agreed on during discovery. This is where we present the strategy direction, review future page opportunities, align on priorities, and move into the monthly reporting and growth rhythm. Your current plans already organize this ongoing work around local marketing, website management, branding discovery, ad management, and monthly reporting.

The chosen growth plan, topic direction, future page opportunities, target keywords, quarterly priorities, and the meeting rhythm for ongoing strategy

The next six to twelve months of goals, content priorities, service-area opportunities, and the direction of the ongoing marketing work
